NEW OPENINGS AND RETURNS
BOCA Restobar & Grill
The Argentine Bar and Restaurant on Capitol Hill has opened a second location in the former Queen City space, the historic Belltown Bar, last operated by Linda Derschang and closed last January. (Prior to COVID, Derschang originally intended to replace the bar with a new concept called the Seahorse Bar in April 2020, but those plans have apparently been abandoned.) Like the original location, the Belltown BOCA outpost serves grilled meats and Argentinean-inspired cocktails. The bar has been updated with new lighting and decoration and the back of the bar has been renovated, but the floors, bar structure and cabins of the 100-year-old space remain unchanged. The square is now open to outdoor seating and limited indoor seating. The delivery will take place in the coming weeks.
