Eat locally! Three Food Notes on West Seattle / White Center:

BIZZARRO ITALIAN CAFE: We reported that for the first time last month Bizarre Italian cafe, a device in north Seattle, added a location at the White Center in the ex.Noble Barton Room at 9635 16th SW. Tonight is opening night; For starters, they offer take-away and delivery to third parties every evening between 5 and 8 p.m.

LA RUSTICA: While we’re talking about Italian food we have an update from La Rustica (4100 Beach Dr. SW):

At La Rustica, we just wanted to remind everyone in West Seattle that our covered, heated deck is open for dining. Our terrace is super cozy and we make sure that all tables are socially distant. We can accept reservations for 5pm or 5:30 pm. We also offer online takeaway orders [email protected]. Delivery and collection options are available.

We are open Tuesday to Sunday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Fridays and Saturdays until 10 p.m. Thank you very much for the support we received from the community. If you have any questions or would like to make a reservation, please call us at 206-932-3020 or email us [email protected].

SHUG’S: And now for dessert:

I have a holiday pop-up with us Shugs Mini Spot – 3800A California Ave SW, on the corner of Charlestown. The pop-up starts on Thursday, December 17-12.23. The opening times are 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and then 12 p.m. to midnight, 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

We have ice cream gift boxes, a sip of ice cream, bottles of dessert wine and a bonus at the Pike Place Market.
