West Seattle Blog… | WEST SEATTLE WEATHER: Still seeking snowflakes

Thanks to Jerry Simmons for that view of the sunrise this morning … a colorful start to a gray day. There’s still a chance we’ll see some snowflakes, but our Puget Sound neighbors – Bremerton, around the Hood Canal – have the highest chances. However, the forecasting discussion says we have a chance, especially on the highest hills – that Myrtle Reservoir Park The surrounding area holds the highest elevation in the city. In the forecast summaries, a rain and snow probability is given tonight and tomorrow morning. (Only in snow, SDOT says his crews are ready.)
